Before founding Embodied Transformation, I spent over two decades in senior roles across finance, business partnering, transformational change, and learning & development. I know first-hand what it feels like to be stretched between expectations, responsibilities, and the desire to lead in a more human and authentic way. I also know the power of reconnecting with what energises you, and how that clarity transforms not just your own leadership, but your team and the wider organisation.
